Purchase and delivery terms
Jewelstore has the right to change these
terms and the content of the webshop. By ordering one or multiple items at
jewelstore you automatically agree to the following conditions.
We shall be very discrete with the
personal information you provide us with. It will be used solely to process
your order and never be given to third-parties.
When you place an order at jewestore,
you acknowledge that there has been a purchase agreement. If you cancel your
order, there are no charges within the next 24 hours. We maintain the right not
to deliver the purchase with or without a given argument.
Prices and dispatch costs
Special offers are only available while
stock lasts. We keep the right to change, adjust and delete contents from the
site. All prices and contents are subject to typos. All given prices are stated
in euro and include taxes.
For purchases we charge 12,90 euro dispatch cost (B-post). We charge half dispatch
costs (6,45 euro) if you purchase an order starting from 50,00 euro, this only
applies to delivery addresses in Belgium.
Orders from abroad have a purchase fee of 20,00 euro. We charge half dispatch
costs (10,00 euro) if you purchase an order above 200,00 euro. All dispatches
have a unique
code, if not, we can not guarantee the receipt of your purchase.
As a result of our big array of pandora
charms (more than 800 charms), it can arise that our stock is not entirely
optimal. If articles are available in stock the delivery time is a minimum of 2
working days and a max. of 7 working days otherwise. It might occur that one or
multiple purchased items is not immediately ready for dispatch. We’ll inform
you of the progress via e-mail. If an item is sold-out you will receive a
notification. Please report your name and delivery address while placing your
Payment will occur via transfer to the
bank account of jewelstore Juwelen Buseyne Poperinge 853-8707122-46. Upon
ordering your purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your
unique purchase code, the total extent and price of your purchase and the
payment data. When we receive your payment we’ll send you an e-mail upon
dispatching your purchase. May we request you to pay within 7 days of placing
your order and mention your full name and the purchase code. If a purchase is
not paid within this period of time we will delete it from our system.
We’ll send you your purchase by
taxi-post (using a tracking code). If however an order gets lost, taxi-post
bears all responsibility. If you filled out wrong data, we are not responsible
for incorrect deliveries. If a purchased item is not available within 30 days,
for whatever reason, you’ll receive a notification. In that case you have the
right to cancel your purchase and we’ll reimburse your payment. We are not
responsible for any damage you might suffer if the delivery is not made to your
given address. You may collect your purchase at our shop personally, if
We give a 100% guarantee to all our
products if there is a manufacturing fault. If this is the case please let us
know as soon as possible via e-mail. Always contact us first before returning a
purchase. Only undamaged products in the original packing will be accepted.
Concerning pearls and coloured stones the guarantee doesn’t last when ammoniac
or bleach and other highly abrasive products have been used. The guarantee
doesn’t apply to white golden jewels when the colour changes to a light yellow
colour for this is a normal result when wearing such jewels. (You can always
have them rhodium plated)
When purchasing a watch you’ll receive a
manufacturers guarantee of 2 years as stated by said manufacturer in the given
guarantee documents (one year for watches in discount). This guarantee is not applicable to batteries and damages
such as a broken glass, a watch band or wrong usage of the product. (We do look
at the appearance, guarantee doesn’t count when heavy damages have occurred)
If you do not which to keep your
purchased order, you have the right to return the package within a period of 14
days. However, a purchase can only be swapped if the product is still complete,
undamaged, unused and wrapped in the original packing. Only then, can the
product be returned to Juwelen Buseyne, Ieperstraat 71, 8970 Poperinge Belgium. The
costs for the return shall not be paid by Juwelen Buseyne. Make sure you can
track your return package upon returning it.
As a result of different colour
resolutions on computer screens, the colours of the pictures placed in our
webshop might not always be guaranteed a 100%. Returning a purchase on grounds
of colouraberration will not be accepted.
Purchases bought on a reduced price
(sales) can not be swapped. (If this is a Pandora purchase, the item will not
be put on your Pandora card) Engraved products or other customised purchases
shall not be swapped.
You are obliged to inspect the delivered
goods upon receipt and check if they meet the required standards, as agreed
upon. If this isn’t the case, contact us within the next 24 hours via e-mail.
Then we can start the swapping process. (See Swapping conditions above)
All offerd products that are availiable
on www.jewelstore.be are legally offered according to Belgian law. Foreign customers are to
consult the laws of their own country if in doubt with the legality of the
purchase in their country.
Juwelen Buseyne can not be termed liable
if the offered products are being used in a wrong or irresponsible way by the
purchaser. Nor can it be liable to physical damage to third parties caused by
the ill use or illegal use of products available on this site.
